RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We will not accept any merchandise return or exchange for sanitary reasons.
RECEIVING BROKEN MERCHANDISE
All of our merchandise is inspected for damaged prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damage during transit, please call our line 1-787-688-2824 to report the damaged within 48 hours of delivery.
Please report any missing merchandise, order mistake, and any other order problem within 72 hours from delivery.
After 72 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
If you choose to allow our
shipper to leave your package without requiring a signature, you are waiving
your insurance on your package. Le' Motif Boutique will not be held
responsible for stolen merchandise that resulted in choosing to allow drivers
to leave packages without a signature. If you find that your package has been
stolen, contact Le' Motif Boutique, and we will ask for the shipper to start a
tracer on your package. Be advised that tracers begin an investigation
into the delivery, and can take weeks to hear back from the shipper. Le' Motif Boutique will not simply reship your order when it is stolen.
If it is discovered that your package was indeed stolen, then we suggest
that you file a police report with your local police department.
